enrolling, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
At Samir GenAI Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and educational
resources. To maintain the integrity of our course materials and live sessions, we maintain a strict
No Refund Policy.
Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or
exchanges for any reason.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
- Digital Content: Course materials, including recordings and documents, are digital
assets that cannot be "returned" once accessed.
- Live Seat Reservation: Enrollment reserves a limited spot in our live virtual
classroom sessions, preventing others from joining.
- Immediate Access: Students receive immediate access to proprietary curriculum and
resources upon registration.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen events may occur. While refunds are not provided, we may, at our sole
discretion, offer a Batch Transfer:
- If you are unable to attend the current batch due to a medical emergency or critical personal issue,
you may request to be transferred to the next available batch.
- Transfer requests must be made via email to samirshkumar@gmail.com before the start of the 3rd
session.
- Approval of such requests is subject to seat availability and administrative review.
4. Course Cancellation by Academy
In the unlikely event that Samir GenAI Academy cancels a course or batch entirely:
- You will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
