• We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
• Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students are not affected
• Early bird discounts are time-limited and subject to availability

• All course content is proprietary and protected by copyright

8. Class Schedule and Attendance

• Live classes are scheduled as per the announced timetable
• We reserve the right to reschedule classes with advance notice
• Recordings are provided for students who miss live sessions
• Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory

9. Certificates and Completion

• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
• Completion requirements may include assignments and projects
• Certificates are digital and can be shared on professional networks

10. Limitation of Liability

Samir GenAI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to course materials may be revoked.
